My daughter has very thick dense hair that is frizzy and wavy, this does the trick! It looks very sleek and lacks frizz, it’s not as stick straight as with a flat iron though but it looks very very nice. My daughter is just 11 so I wanted to start her out styling her self with something easy. I already ordered another one for myself because of the ease of use.

This is the best item ever. I never learned how to use a flat iron and this item has made wash day much easier to straighten my hair. I hair is a mix of 4b-4c and it straightens. My roots are completely straightened, but it straightened enough to make coming my hair when it’s dry much easier.

I work in healthcare and have early mornings. I’m not a morning person and like to shower at night to make sure the day’s germs are not coming with me the rest of the evening. I usually go to sleep with wet or damp hair, and when I wake up, it’s all kinky and crimped. Even when I don’t sleep on wet hair, my hair is type 2b/c so it’s still not the easiest. This brush makes my mornings so easy! It heats up incredibly quickly and is a simple way to make my hair more manageable. As other reviewers have stated, it doesn’t make your hair pin straight, except maybe if you turned up the heat all the way and were pretty meticulous with it. But it does exactly what I wanted it to do and I’m happy with how easy it is to use!
